Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account with primogaming88. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose (bonus abuse)
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing primogaming88 staff or other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited

primogaming88 employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, primogaming88 may void all winnings associated with the prohibited activity and recover any funds already withdrawn.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the primogaming88 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). primogaming88 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your primogaming88 account instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing bank.
• primogaming88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals

General Bonus Rules

• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security

primogaming88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your primogaming88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude primogaming88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Amendments & Termination

Amendments

primogaming88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, primogaming88 will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the primogaming88 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

Termination by primogaming88

primogaming88 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of this Agreement
• primogaming88 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive
• primogaming88 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe

Termination by You

You may close your primogaming88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies.
